FAQs - Self Wash
Do I need to make an appointment beforehand?
No! Just come on in when it's convenient for you. We do recommend calling ahead if you'd like to take advantage of our add-on services like a nail trim which sometimes requires a short wait during our busiest hours.
Can you accommodate older dogs or dogs with health issues?
Yes, we try our best to accommodate all dogs regardless of medical issues. If they have any health issues (bad hips, blind, prone to seizures, etc.) we will do everything possible to make sure your dog doesn't get stressed or anxious. Whether that be letting the dog take breaks during the groom to relax or having you around to keep them calm.
Are the self-wash hours of operation the same as the regular store hours?
Our self-wash service is open from 7:00am to 6:30pm. We allow our last dog to start washing at 6:00pm.
